SUPERVISION
I have been teaching undergraduate and graduate social work students for 20 years, and have provided clinical supervision to new and seasoned professionals. A psychodynamic lens and object relations approach is applied to understanding projections, transference and countertransference, as well as providing guidance on crisis intervention, risk assessment, and time-sensitive clinical issues. Short-term and solution-focused techniques are integrated to address the myriad needs that clients present. We can work individually or in small groups.
